Biography
Sean has been creatively invested with media and technology for as long as he's been in existence and the adventure continues... He has worked as a darkroom printer, DJ, video editor, computer animator, web designer and art director. In 1998, Sean founded a media design firm which specializes in digital presentations, interactive media and visual communication services for small businesses, independent artists and nonprofit organizations.
His interactive, procedural and time-based works explore the hidden forces of power, identity and social order within the mediated psyche. His work has been exhibited at the NYC Scope Art Fair, Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute, George Mason University and the Everson Museum of Art. Most recently, Sean's work has been included in exhibitions of sound art at FutureSonic in Manchester, UK; interactive installation for Experiencing the War in Iraq in Providence, RI; experimental video at the Alternative Space for Contemporary Art in Laredo, TX and digital illustration at the Los Angeles Center for Digital Art. His work can be viewed online at www.studiofusion.com.
